The security Product of the Year Award celebrates an outstanding physical or cyber security product innovation released in the past 12 months, that has revolutionised technology, heightened security and tackled industry challenges for end users and/or installers.

Assessment Criteria:

Judges will evaluate submissions based on

Product Quality: Overall look and feel of the product, user friendliness, aesthetics, functionality, sustainability.
Innovation: Introduction of novel technology that expands or breaks boundaries and heightens security.
Market Reception: Consumer feedback, sales data, or other indicators of market success.
Presentation: A well-structured, clear, and engaging narrative about the product’s conception, development, and success.

Please structure the submission under the following sections:

Case for the Award:
Clearly lay out why the product's standing is the most innovative security product of the year. Highlight any aspects like technological innovation, resilience, market disruption, or setting trends.

Product Overview:
Introduce the security product, highlighting its name, primary justifications and any unique selling points.

Innovation & Uniqueness:
Detail any groundbreaking technologies, software/hardware, or techniques incorporated in the product. Emphasise what sets it apart from existing sector products in the market.

Design:
Discuss the design principles guiding the product, focusing on elements like visual appeal, functionality, user friendliness, scalability, and sustainability.

Market Performance:
Provide data or feedback showcasing the product's reception in the market. Mention any recognitions or reviews the product may have received .
